Helen is head of department and co-ordinates everybody. The graphic designers do the artwork v like the college leaflets, brachett, posters and websites.and  Jennifer and Caroline do the written work for the graphic designers artwork. Caroline does the written work for the newsletters and  Jennifer does the written work for the websites. Jane summers  as an liaison officer and cherise will great the students, they will both hand out leaflets that the designers have done for them to look at.

 the team are employed by Chichester College and are on a full or part time salary but Helen employs free lance photographers on occasions. There job altogether is to advertise the college and get people to join.
